How much do you charge for shipping?
Our fast worldwide shipping is free for all orders over $60!
Where do you shipping from ?
All orders are shipped from our offices in USA and EU. That way you are recieving our product domestically. If you are ordering outside EU or USA, we will select best and fastest shipping method to your country. It is also possible to use DHL Express or Fedex.
What are your shipping times ?
Orders are shipped within one business day. We have offices both in USA and EUROPE so order will usually reach you in 2-5 business days. International orders may take longer (7-14 days) or if you are selecting DHL express 2-5 days anywhere in world.
Will you give me tracking number?
Absolutely yes! You will recieve tracking number to your email within one day after placing order.
Do i have to pay customs or any import charges ?
No, if you are ordering from USA or EU, there are no additional charges. If you are ordering to any other destination, order may incur additional customs charges on arrival in your country.

How can i make payment ?
We accept wide range of secure payment methods including debit/credit cards, local bank transfers (SEPA, iDEAL), cash on delivery (only available in certain locations), cryptocurrency (with bitpay).

How do i return my order?
If you would like to make return of package, please send us email to store@keplerwatches.com. We will contact you as soon as possible and advise you next steps depending on your location and answer all questions.
What is return policy & 30day money back guarantee?
No worries. With us, it is really simple. 30 days "no question asked" money back & return.

We cover all shipping damages. If you by any chance recieved damaged product caused by shipping. We will send you new watch right away (and later we deal with our insurance). You need to provide proof of damage (pictures sent to our support) within 5 days after receiving your watch.

In very rare event you are not satisfied with your new watch, we provide hassle free 30 days retun & exchange policy. To be eligible, goods must be unused, undamaged packed in original KEPLER box. If you want proceed with return, just send us message to store@keplerwatches.com and we will respond within 24 hours where we will provide all necessary instructions. When approved, money will be credited automatically.

My new watch

Are Kepler Watches water resistant?
Yes. All of out watches are water resistant at least to 3ATM. 5ATM models are suitable for swimming and diving. 3ATM models are suited for every day use including splash/raining. Still we recommend avoiding contact with water if possible, especially if going from hot weather into cold water, because of metal physical properties.
What type of movement is in my watch?
Kepler Watches offer 2 different type of movement.

- Automatic mechanical movement (Usually in watches with open hearth and you can see movement of watch). These movement are usually seen in expensive watch models and do not use battery. Mechanism take energy from wearing watch and self-winding (wind 15times anti clockwise).
- Quartz movement (Watch dial usually covered, battery powered - usually last about 4-5 years before battery replacement).
How do i wind my automatic watch?
That is really simple. Just wind your crown about 15 times anti clockwise and you have power reserve enough for rest of the day.

Warranty

Can you tell me about your warranty?
All of our handmade KEPLER watches come with full 24 months warranty on movement and in that period watches can be sent for free to our in house service. All KEPLER watches are handmade crafted & tested by our timekeeper, and it is very rare watches need any service before 5 years. If any issue occurs during shipment of your new watch, there is 5 day period, after you received package to contact us on store@keplerwatches.com.
